Consistently developing employees to increase production by fostering their use of marketing tools, providing training on sales techniques, and holding them accountable for production goals. You must have experience managing a branch to apply for this position. Branch Manager/Area Manager shall operate the branch office and ensure that origination activities are being done compliantly, with zero tolerance for fraud, according to federal & state laws.
