Quinn is hiring a Coordinator in City of Industry, California.

This position supports sales operations by ensuring that all inventory is ordered in a timely manner, accurately, and in the right configuration. Establish min and max inventory levels to ensure that we have the right inventory at all times while maintaining acceptable inventory levels. Help manage the amount of aged inventory on hand.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

•Order, track, and receive all new CAT equipment: machines and work tools

•Maintain acceptable inventory levels of all new work tools.

•Work with management and sales force to determine standard machine configurations for dealer inventory – High volume models are priority

•Maintain inventory integrity in DBS and Saleslink

•Inventory audits – Weekly and Quarterly

Pay: $23.50 - $26.00 per hour
