Job Description :
The Dietary Aide isresponsible for assisting with food preparation and serving meals to residentsof the Skilled Nursing Facility. The dietary aide will work with the dietaryteam to ensure that the nutritional needs of residents are met, and to providean enjoyable dining experience for all.
KeyResponsibilities :
•Assist with meal preparation, including cooking, baking, andchopping vegetables
•Set up and clean dining areas and tables for meal times
•Assist with the delivery and serving of meals to residents
•Follow food safety guidelines and ensure that all food servedmeets dietary restrictions and preferences of residents
•Clean kitchen equipment, counters, and floors to maintain aclean and safe work environment
•Assist with inventory and stocking of food and supplies
•Handle resident inquiries and concerns in a professional andcourteous manner
