Quincy Credit Union is looking to hire a full-time Universal Banker to provide assistance to our members.

 As a Universal Banker at Quincy Credit Union, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional member service. You will be responsible for accurately performing high-volume Credit Union transactions, educating members on new technology, and developing Credit Union product referral opportunities through strong member relationship skills. Your duties will include assisting members with opening and closing accounts, processing transactions, addressing and resolving member problems, inquiries, or complaints, and maintaining member and Credit Union records.

Requirements

•  High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in banking or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in computer applications and banking software.
• Knowledge of Credit Union products and services is a plus.
