We are looking for a Service Contract Renewal Administrator to join our team on our journey for a better tomorrow.Your role Your mission as a Service Contract Renewal Administrator is to support the aftermarket team to promote success of the CTS strategy to grow in the Service Ladder as well sustainable and profitable growth of the Guardian Plan range of products. You will manage the operational aspects of our Guardian Plans strategy for the Northeast Region. You will report to the CTS Regional Sales Manager.
  • You will manage “Expiring Soon” existing service agreements (Guardian Plans).
  • You will produce renewal Guardian Plan (GP) quotations within 90 days before agreement expiration.
  • You will present quotations and communicate any GP changes with customers.
  • You will upkeep agreements current with necessary changes to its scope and execution.
  • You will support and follow up with external service salespeopleYou will use business tools, such as Salesforce.com , CPQ (iQ2), Guardian Plan Input site (GPI), among others, to gather necessary customer information for quoting, follow-up and to record activities.
  • You will process orders received, maintaining the integrity of the post sales process by acquiring the necessary PO, documentation, approvals and contract review process.
  • You will provide feedback to sales and marketing teams on market activity, competition and other relevant information .You will conduct regular reviews with respective sales manager and CTS team.
  • You will contribute to positive company branding by projecting a knowledgeable, professional, and customer-oriented image to internal and external customer.
  • You will perform all aspects of the role in accordance with The Way We Do Things.
  • You will contribute and participate in team meetings and discussions.
To succeed, you need
  • You have experience in the service business and conducting systematic sales process.
  • You have experience with compressed air systems would be a plus
  • You have a bachelor’s degree (preferred), in either management, business, administration, marketing, engineering or other technical specialization., or you have 2 years relevant, related experience will also be considered.
  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • You have a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to customer service.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, CRM’s and database management.
  • You are customer-oriented, able to understand customer needs and prioritize them accordingly.
  • You can show good level of empathy while enforcing company policies and strategic directions.
  • You are self-motivated, willing to take action while coping with varied workloads.
  • You can demonstrate assertiveness while being helpful to multiple demands from our organization.
  • You are organized while demonstrating flexibility in daily work.
