We are looking for a Process Success Coordinator to join our Aftermarket team on our journey for a better tomorrow.Your roleYour mission as a Process Success Coordinator is to work as part of the CTS Customer Care team to provide high level of administrative support for the daily activities of the department to provide more efficient and responsive service to internal and external teams. You will be an important role in optimizing efficiency and customer satisfaction for the Aftermarket business. You will report to the Parts and Programs Manager.
  • You will be the administrator for the CTS Processes & Procedures Team Site and manage work instructions for processes.
  • You will help with the initiative to create unification between the Regional offices and Corporate office.
  • You will host trainings to ensure processes/standards are done correctly.
  • You will implement changes which contribute to efficiency gains.
  • You will be the liaison between Technical Support and Parts teams to establish and maintain process for communication of data changes/setup necessary for ECBs and SBs.
  • You will provide support on parts orders, including price quotations, coordination of parts scheduling, order processing, change orders, RMA processing, issuing credits, and responses on general inquiries.
  • You will use business tools, such as SAP, Salesforce, Virtual Engineer, Virtual Library, and other Quincy HQ tools to gather necessary information for customer inquiries, order quoting, order management, and follow-up.
  • You will answer and resolve customer issues by phone in times of high call volumes to minimize wait times.
  • You will provide process and systems training for corporate office and regions.
  • You will help create training for new distributors on Quincy HQ and available tools.
  • You will collaborate with planners and sales teams both internal and external, and throughout the regions to ensure focus on customer service, consistency of processes and deliver results.
  • You will assist with corrective action plans implemented with regional BPCS champions to address and correct process gaps or inconsistencies.
  • You will maintain general knowledge of Quincy products, parts, and processes.
  • You are willing to develop yourself by learning new skills and increasing your knowledge of products, systems, and our market and operations.
  • You will contribute to positive company branding by projecting a knowledgeable, professional, and customer-oriented image to internal and external customers.
  • You will manage assigned projects necessary to progressing the performance of the team and the CTS business as a whole.
  • You can perform other tasks related to the strategic and operational development of the Aftermarket business.
  • You will contribute to team efforts, meetings, and discussions.
To succeed, you need
  • You have a High School diploma or GED (required). Associate or Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) with a focus in operations, engineering or business.
  • You have 2 years related industry experience: sales, office management and/or customer service.
  • You have experience with order processing and work-flow management.
  • You are customer-oriented and proactive in managing daily tasks, along with overall department objectives.
  • You can see the broad view of operations to appropriately strategize actions and make decisions.
  • You are highly organized, able to prioritize, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in both service, equipment sales, and the distribution centers.
  • You have can communicate with stakeholders at different levels inside and outside of the organization.
  • You are customer-oriented, able to understand customer needs and prioritize them accordingly Show good level of empathy while enforcing company policies and strategic directions.
  • You are self-motivated and willing to take action while coping with varied workloads.
  • You can work independently with detail orientation and have excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • You can manage multiple priorities with flexibility in a fast-paced work environment Have a positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer service.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
