Qualifications:

GM experience (5 years) in a high-volume (>$7m), positive energy casual upscale restaurant
Comfortable using new technology to run an efficient restaurant
Skilled communicator with excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Critical thinker with an understanding of efficiency and processes
Ability to manage all aspects of restaurant operations including hiring, training, inventory, pricing, sales, profits, and safety
Extensive analytical experience with knowledge of spreadsheets, POS and inventory management systems
A leader and promoter of a fun and safe environment for customers and employees
An exceedingly high standard of excellence

*Qualified candidates will be eligible for future consideration for Group General Manager or General Manager of Quince Austin
