Our technicians don't just fix phones—they troubleshoot and repair a wide array of devices, from cell phones and tablets to computers and gaming consoles. Key Responsibilities:
- Device Repair: Diagnose and repair a variety of devices, including cell phones, tablets, computers, and gaming consoles. Replace internal components such as screens, batteries, and more, as well as performing microsoldering as necessary.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to customer concerns and providing solutions.
- Cash Handling: Manage transactions accurately, ensuring correct handling of cash and card payments.
- Retail Operations: Assist with inventory management, including ordering, cleaning, organizing parts.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Accessory Sales: Provide customers with long-term solutions for protecting their devices and earn commission along the way.
Requirements:
- An interest in electronic repair, especially in cell phone or computer repair.
- Knowledge of troubleshooting techniques for a range of devices and brands.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain professionalism under stress.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to explain complex issues in simple terms.
