Our organization is seeking a Regional Director of Sales & Marketing to join our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for all company Sales & Marketing performance, managing and developing processes, procedures, and policies that ensure efficient and effective operations. This individual will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong sales and organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of success in operational management and marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • DRIVE SALES
  • Community Marketing & Engagement
  • Operational oversight for multiple locations
  • Program Development & Execution
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead and manage a team of operations personnel.
  • Develop and maintain operational policies and procedures.
  • Prioritize delegate and execute to meet performance plans.
  • Monitor performance of operations staff and take corrective action when necessary.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
