We are Hiring an HVAC Residential Service - Maintenance Technician!

Job Title: HVAC Residential Service - Maintenance Technician

Work Hours: 7:00am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime

Pay Range: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour, depending on experience Spiffs

What you will be doing:

• Service and maintenance on residential and light commercial equipment
• 80% Residential service & maintenance
• 20% Light Commercial mainly rooftop units
• Educate customers on repairs, replacement, and indoor air quality options
• Excellent customer service

Qualifications/Skills:

• Valid driver's license & insurable driving record
• 2 years HVAC Service Technician field experience
• EPA Universal Certification
• NATE Certifications or ability to obtain within 1 year of employment
• Proficient at troubleshooting, repairing, and performing maintenance for wide range of residential equipment
• Proficient understanding in HVAC functional design and of ductwork modifications
• Able to consult with customers on repair and replace options
• Good understanding of all HVAC low voltage systems
• Able to work a Saturday rotation on the schedule
• Pass background and drug screen
• High School diploma or equivalent
