The Workforce DevelopmentLeader is a key player in achieving business objectives within the WorkforceDevelopment practice area and leading the sales team to achieve establishedgoals. This role is responsible for establishing new partnerships within themarketplace: including but not limited to workforce associations, workforceboards, one-stops, NPOs, and vocational rehabilitations centers across thecountry; to develop and maintain relationships with the colleges anddepartments of continuing and professional education; and establishrelationships with other partners providing training programs forparticipants.This includes providing ahigh level of client and customer support while managing all aspects of programand issues and tasks.The individualwill work closely with the CEO and other stakeholders aimed at growth.Close collaboration with the WorkforceDevelopment team and other members of the education pathway is integral to thesuccess of the position.

Responsibilities, include but are not limited to:

·Assist with identifying potential local, state, and federalfunding sources

·Pursue new and potential clients through calls, email andsetting up informational meetings

·Prepare a wide range of materials required for clientpresentations and meetings.

·Manage relationships with non-profits and institutions ofhigher education

·Develop and maintain partnerships with referral groups andorganizations

·Responsible for making all necessary communicationsregardless of medium to ensure exceptional partner experiences and success

·Responsible for understanding and discussing the fundingoptions that are available for potential students

·Provide prompt follow up with incoming leads throughproactive leadership of the workforce sales team

·Manage sales team activities aimed at developing newrelationships to drive student enrollment

·Oversee and report on overall partnership and enrollmentpipeline

·Ability to learn and understand the difference of each stateand region rules, regulations and requirements

·Remain up to date on trends in the postsecondary &workforce development landscapes and evolving areas within the field

·Track operational activities across workforce developmentinitiatives

·Follow-up on all customer personnel for training approvalforms

·Obtain expert product knowledge in all educational coursesand programs at QuickStart

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Direct leadership/management of sales reps and daily interactions with other departments and functions within the larger organization.
  • At least 5-years’ experience in workforce development
  • Supervisory/leadership in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative problem-solving ability and results-orientation.
  • Commitment to exceptional client service and ability to lead confidently.
  • Dedication to accomplishing goals and challenges presented by clients and management.
  • Ability to interact with various levels of management and clients.
  • Flexible, self-starter possessing intellectual curiosity.
  • Ability to move multiple projects forward within a specific timeline and budget while working at a detailed level.
  • Strong analytical and financial data analysis skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets while ensuring accurate results.
  • Able to follow, critically evaluate, and improve upon current processes.
  • Ability to recognize issues and identify solutions.
  • Excellent oral presentation and written communication skills.
  • Solid organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated expertise in all MS Office products
  • Sales Force experience
