Schedule: Full-Time; Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Core Responsibilities IncludeReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Use demand forecasting data and assist in materials resource planning to meet forecasted demand
- Work with Buyer to initiate purchase order process through data entry, maintenance and tracking.
- Communicate with vendors to track orders, availability and lead times
- Manage label inventory and ensure labels are ordered in timely manner to meet bottling schedule
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their purchasing needs and requirements
- Assist in resolving issues or discrepancies with suppliers
- Assist with researching and onboarding new suppliers
- Bachelors degree in supply chain management, inventory management, procurement, or other relevant field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in planning production/procurement operations in a relevant industry
- Strong prioritization, organization, and attention to detail skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with ERP software (Netsuite)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills

Compensation: $60,000 to $65,000
