As a Vehicle Wash Team Member, you will be trained to work in a few different roles within the Wash gaining valuable experience within the industry while having fun and being part of our growing organization. Our minimum starting pay is $13.50/hr and negotiable based on what you can add to our team.

Quick Shine Express Wash is a friendly, fast-paced automatic exterior express vehicle wash that is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team. Being an automatic wash means a hands-off carwash experience (Employees DO NOT wash any cars).

Various positions available at the following sites:

· 9935 Lomas Blvd NE

· 5621 McMahon Blvd NW

· 3525 Montgomery Blvd NE

· 7201 Wyoming Blvd NE

Key job responsibilities include:

• Work hard, show respect, and work as a team.
• Smile and maintain a clean appearance as per the dress and grooming standards.
• Enrollment & Support of VIP Club Members.
• Actively develops lasting customer relationships
• Check vehicles before they enter the tunnel to ensure there are no safety issues.
• Guide customers onto the belt using clear hand signals in accordance with company policy.
• Directly point out the loading sign instructions to every customer and give the guest a "thumbs up" when their vehicles is correctly placed.
• Assist with maintaining the wash tunnel appearance between washes.
• Complete other duties as assigned by management.

An ideal candidate will possess:

• Previous customer service experience a plus!
• Flexible availability: willingness to work days, afternoons/evenings, weekends and holidays.
• An outgoing, energetic personality with the desire to work in a team centered, safety-focused, environment.
• Ability to effectively communicate and follow directions.
• Willingness to follow company dress code and operational guidelines.

There may be a waiting period for benefits. Quick Shine Express Wash requires a pre-employment drug screen.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
