Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter/Laborer to join our team. As a Carpenter/Laborer, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to carpentry and general labor. This position requires experience in door hanging, construction painting, and trim carpentry. Knowledge of the restoration industry is a plus.

Duties:
- Install doors, including framing, hanging, and hardware installation
- Perform construction painting, including surface preparation and applying paint or stain
- Assist with restoration projects, including repairing and restoring damaged structures
- Conduct trim carpentry work, such as installing baseboards, crown molding, and window casings

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter/Laborer in the construction industry
- Proficient in door hanging, construction painting, and trim carpentry
- Knowledge of the restoration industry is preferred
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project requirements
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects as required
