Brief Job Description:
Oversee approximately 30 off-site Phlebotomy staff members across 18 locations. Coordinate with on-site Phlebotomy Supervisor to ensure proper staffing and scheduling. Assist with payroll and address employee corrective actions. Uphold department policies, safety standards, and infection control measures.

Years of Experience Required:

• 5 years of management experience as a Phlebotomy Supervisor
• 3 years of specialized training as a Histotech with proficiency in Pathology

Required Certifications:

• Bachelor of Science (BS) or MBA preferred
• Histotech (HT) Certification
• Active MA Phlebotomist License

Patient Population: Adult medical patients

EMR (Charting System): EPIC

Rotating Shifts Required:
Must rotate to weekends and holidays as assigned to ensure consistent laboratory service quality.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $33.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
