Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pest Control Technician to join our team. As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting properties, identifying pest issues, and implementing effective pest control solutions. Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations
- Determine the type of pests present and the extent of the infestation
- Develop and implement customized pest control plans to effectively eliminate pests
- Apply pesticides in accordance with safety guidelines and regulations
- Install pest control devices and seal off entry points to prevent future infestations
- Educate customers on proper sanitation practices and preventive measures
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and complete necessary paperwork
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of pest control techniques, products, and equipment
- Familiarity with farm machinery, hand tools, power tools, and lawn care equipment
- Ability to drive company vehicles to different locations as needed
- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify the source of pest issues and develop appropriate solutions
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and explain treatment plans
- Sales skills to upsell additional services or products when appropriate
- Attention to detail to ensure thorough inspections and accurate documentation
- Physical stamina to work in various weather conditions and crawl into tight spaces
