** Please be aware all production jobs are in the NON-climate controlled warehouse and require light lifting and standing for long periods of time on a busy production line. If you are looking for a job to sit around in air conditioning this is probably not a good fit for you. **

Monday-Friday 7am-3pm

Starting pay $13/hour

JOB DESCRIPTION: Packaging of small quantity runs as scheduled on a daily basis.

SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES:

1) Fill batch tickets in order received by Production Scheduler.

2) Wear Personal Protective Equipment as required on batch ticket.

3) Review batch ticket and assemble containers, boxes, and labels as need to complete batch ticket.

5) Fill container to the correct fill level or weight by either gravity fill or diaphragm pump using the appropriate tools/hoses for the container and products.

6) Seal all containers and boxes. Ensure drums are torqued to proper DOT requirements.

7) Correctly label each container and box with required information pulled from batch tickets. i.e. – DOT labels, MSDS, etc.

8) Inform Supervisor or Production Scheduler if a product cannot be filled immediately so customer can be informed.

9) Notify Supervisor to place filled orders in receiving area for shipping to pull product.

10) Place batch ticket in its appropriate area for transferring of batch ticket. Record completed orders on Daily Production log.

11) Interact with mixing department to see if required mix needed to fulfill orders is complete.

12) Report any problems to your supervisor or production scheduler immediately.

13) Keep work area clean and organized. Do not leave any product unlabeled.

14) Assist in other areas of liquid department as needed.

15) Participate in all air monitoring and medical surveillance when required by Safety & Regulatory Manager.

16) Attend respirator and hydrofluoric acid training annually.

17) Any other duties or projects which may be assigned by the Supervisor.
