BCBA also qualify for paid conferences and CEUs, travel and mileage reimbursement, and research and presentation opportunities with Quest team members.Including reasonable caseloads and drive time!Essential Functions:Ensure a hands-on approach when working with the individuals.Complete and/or update functional assessments and behavior plans in a timely matter.Adhere to weekly billing requirement as set by the Senior Director of Behavior Services.Render clinical services to meet the needs of the consumer. That is, provide services at the location and time associated with the individual’s needs. This should include a minimum of two evenings a week.Complete monthly/quarterly/annual behavioral summaries for the individuals on your assigned caseload.Provide staff training/proficiency monitoring as needed and in compliance with APD regulations.Attend client psychiatric meetings when needed and/or submit written reports.Adhere to all client and agency requirements as set by the Agency for Person with Disabilities and other reviewers (e.g., Delmarva, AHCA).Complete IPP goals as requested by residential directors.Adhere to on-call BA rotation, with the understanding that you are responsible (at minimum) for your caseload and a maximum (for all residential facilities on weekends). In doing so, respond to crisis calls immediately and report to the site as deemed necessary.Participate in the instruction of the APD Behavior Assistant Curriculum.Maintain all records indicating consistent supervision meetings as required by the BACB.Perform all other duties as requiredEducation/Experience Required:Bachelor’s degree in human services requiredBCaBA certification requiredMedicaid credentials requiredMust be able to complete assessments using VBMAPP, Vineland, ABLLS. Provide supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians and conduct Parent/Caregiver Training
