Position Overview: Quest, Inc. invites a diligent and environmentally conscious Groundskeeper to join our team. Your efforts will ensure our Intermediate Care Facility is not only a place of wellness for our residents but also a sanctuary of natural beauty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the grounds, including landscaping, gardening, and lawn care, to ensure a pleasing and safe outdoor space.
• Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs in and around the facility, including basic plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
• Operate and care for maintenance equipment and tools.
• Assist with the setup and take down for events and activities within the facility grounds.
• Perform leaf raking, and other seasonal tasks to keep the facility accessible and tidy.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.
• Adhere to safety regulations and ensure all work is performed to a high standard.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus.
• Must participate in a level-two background check, drug screening, and MVR check.
• Possess a valid unrestricted Florida driver’s license.
• Proven experience in groundskeeping and general maintenance work.
• Familiarity with lawn care equipment and hand/power tools.
• Basic understanding of plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems.
• Ability to perform physical labor and lift up to 50 pounds.
