Quest group is looking for a Property Manager / Maintenance technician couple willing to move and help revamp Manufactured Home communities.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct routine inspections of the property to identify and resolve maintenance issues
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and management
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for larger repair projects
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs using property management software
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment
- Assist with the turnover of rental units, including cleaning, painting, and minor repairs
- Conduct regular inspections of common areas and grounds to ensure cleanliness and safety

Skills:

- Proficiency in using property management software, such as CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) or OneSite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records and files
- Excellent data entry skills for inputting maintenance information into the system
- Administrative skills for managing maintenance schedules, work orders, and vendor contracts
- Customer relationship management skills to effectively communicate with tenants and address their concerns
- Knowledge of fair housing regulations to ensure compliance in all maintenance activities
- Understanding of legal administrative processes related to property maintenance

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
