ACCOUNT MANAGER

POSITION OVERVIEW 

The Account Manager maintains and expands relationships with strategically important large customers. Assigned five to seven named customers to start career, the Account Manager is responsible for all facets of client management; from sales and consulting to project management and receivables.

The Account Manager will represent the entire range of products and services offered by Express Signs and will be tasked with introducing and expanding the use of these offerings within designated clients. Performance evaluation will be based upon meeting customer project needs and expectations and company sales metrics.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

°ree; Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts

°ree; Coordinate the involvement of Express Signs company personnel to ensure customer orders progress through internal production process and to meet account performance objectives

°ree; Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and customer service levels within designated accounts
