Logistics Group Lead/Team Lead - Hays, KS - Monday to Friday 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

The Logistics Group Lead is the face/voice of Quest Diagnostics to the Medical Couriers, (Specialty, Advanced), our customers and acts as an Ambassador for the company in everything he/she does. This position performs day to day hub operation activities by serving staff and leadership needs with regard to patient specimens, client and any others tasks deemed necessary to meet our customer needs.

All employees are provided with a Quest Diagnostics vehicle during work shift.

Pay Range: $19.22 per hour

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Work Experience:

• 1-3 years in logistics or transportation experience
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Preferred Work Experience:

Prior experience in a leadership or training capacity preferred.

Physical and Mental Requirements:

• Position requires travel
• Capable to perform all duties of RSR, Sp. RSR and Adv. RSR Float.
• Able to perform administrative duties, coordination, data-oriented activity and other professional duties.
• Must be flexible and available based on staffing requirements; weekends, holidays, on call and overtime.
• Occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds
• May require extended periods of focus
