Hiring compassionate professional Caregivers, Home Health Aides, CNAs, and STNAs for a variety of flexible full-time and part-time positions within Greene County. This includes the cities of Xenia, Fairborn, Yellow Springs, and Spring Valley

Responsibilities

Our Caregivers provide a superior level of care to our clients, encourage independence and treat each client with dignity and respect. You will care for clients by assisting them with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, other personal care needs, light housekeeping, meal preparation, companionship, and other care needs based on your assigned clients custom care plan.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 18 years of age
  • Reliable transportation
  • Valid driver's license ; clean driving record
  • Car insurance preferred
  • CPR / First Aid certification
  • CNA or STNA certification (preferred but not required)
  • 1 year of caregiving experience (preferred)
  • HIgh school diploma or equivalent
  • Pass background check and drug screening per company and state standards
  • Active TB Test or Chest X-Ray
  • Ability to attend monthly training meetings
  • Additional health screenings may be required
