POSITION SUMMARY
The Wardrobe Attendant is responsible for daily uniform or wardrobe duties for the department; exchange and log/track employee garments and uniforms; make minor repairs to uniforms; assist with receipt of laundry and other items. Maintain the wardrobe area and inventory levels in a clean and safe environment. Escalate issues or provide pertinent information to immediate Supervisor for resolution. In addition to providing outstanding guest service to internal and external guests.

  • Ensure consistent high-quality service to all our team members and guests.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality relative to financial information, operating systems, company policies and procedures, marketing plans, and team member information.
  • Maintain confidentiality in all actions and duties.
  • Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and Company policies in an ethical manner and empower and require others to do the same.
  • Assign new hires proper uniforms, ID badge and name tag, explain all necessary processes including locker information, dress code requirements if needed measure team member for appropriate uniforms.
  • Assist Team Members while turning in company property upon terminations, unassigning uniforms, adding notes to uniform system, printing and signing all paperwork to process outgoing team member.
  • Inventory maintenance and reporting, including communication of payroll deductions.
  • Responsible for coordinating dry cleaning uniforms to and from the cleaner.
  • Responsible for keeping the uniform shop organized and orderly, including clear walkways and boxes stored at appropriate heights.
  • Provides uniform alterations as needed. Irons, steams, and repairs uniforms as needed.
  • Maintain wardrobe shop, working areas, machines, tools, supplies and equipment in a clean, orderly and operable manner.
  • Must utilize and maintain sewing machine, serger, and other related tools based off manufacture guidelines.
  • Handle routine team member complaints and incidents and exhibit the appropriate discretion to identify situations requiring the attention of supervisory personnel - seek to resolve all situations in a manner that maintains positive relationships.
  • Must be able to multitask and ensure all job functions are completed accurately and timely.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule as required by business operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • 2 years of clothing alteration experience, required.
  • 1 year of customer service experience, preferred.
  • Must possess excellent teamwork, interpersonal, guest service, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have good computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Must have the ability to distinguish between colors.
  • Must possess advanced mathematical skills.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a state gaming license, if applicable.
