Under direct supervision of the Steward, washes and sanitizes all equipment and utensils used in food preparation.
Some experience in a restaurant or kitchen area is preferred. Must be 18 years of age. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, random drug and controlled substance abuse tests, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license in Arizona and California if required. Native American preference.
