Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry, possess excellent customer service skills, and be proficient in bartending techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and personalized service.
• Take beverage orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing POS systems as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock of ingredients and supplies.
• Adhere to all responsible alcohol service guidelines and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the bar.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed, including cash handling and reconciling sales.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume establishment preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wine.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Preference will be given to candidates with previous bartending experience.
