Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pool Technician to join our team. As a Pool Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing pools and pool equipment. This is a hands-on role that requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to use both hand and power tools.

Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance on pools, including cleaning, chemical balancing, and water testing
- Repair and replace pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and valves
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with pool systems and equipment
- Conduct inspections to identify potential problems or safety hazards
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

Experience:
- Previous experience in pool maintenance or a related field is preferred
- Strong knowledge of pool cleaning techniques and chemical balancing
- Familiarity with various pool equipment, including pumps, filters, heaters, and valves
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve issues
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate testing and recordkeeping
