As our CRM Marketing Content Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic content initiatives aimed at optimizing customer interactions and driving brand loyalty. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling content that resonates with our diverse audience across various digital channels. Your creative vision and strategic mindset will be instrumental in enhancing our CRM efforts and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Content Execution: Manage day-to-day print, digital, TV, and radio content and delivery to all audiences on all channels.
    • Manage content schedule/calendar on a variety of channels with channel partners; actively monitor progress, and coordinate follows-up as needed.
    • Oversee the end-to-end content production process with the creative team and outside vendors.
    • Evaluate and decide if assets can be done with internal creative or outside agencies.
    • Collaborate with customer-facing teams to develop testimonials and case studies.
    • Direct UX team to identify customer needs and preferences for content so it resonates with our audiences.
  • Strategy and Planning: Manage, develop, and implement a comprehensive print, digital, TV, and radio content strategy that enhances the customer relationship management (CRM) program. Focusing on user experience, usability, accessibility, and aligns with writing best practices.
    • Research and source content for distribution across a variety of channels.
    • Direct key internal partners, and outside agencies on content and asset creation.
    • Develop content ideas that align to the overall strategy.
    • Drive content brainstorming sessions with key partners.
    • Manage, develop, populate, and track a centralized content calendar to ensure strategic content alignment and prioritization across the organization
  • Establish and monitor KPIs for reach, retention, acquisition, and SEO metrics.
  • Measure content effectiveness with metrics that establish, validate, and continuously iterate on the content strategy.
  • Track budget for all content resources and ensure we are staying within budge

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Associate’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • 5 years of Marketing experience along with working within multiple digital channels (web, app, social, voice).
  • Experience with the crossover of UX, design, content and brainstorming in workshops for content presentations.
  • Strong knowledge of web-based solutions/portals, taxonomies, content operations, and metadata.
  • Strong communication skills to align efforts with strategic vision, budget tracking, and resource allocation.
  • Strong health care and/or insurance industry background, with an understanding of payor, provider, and patient dynamics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and engaging content.

Applicants have the option to work 100% remote, hybrid or full-time from our Madison, WI or Onalaska, WI office. Hardware and equipment will be provided by the company, but candidates must have access to high-speed, non-satellite Internet to successfully work from home.
