About the team & Opportunity:
Quartet’s Talent Acquisition team is responsible for working directly with our team members and hiring managers to support their needs. Your responsibilities will include using various channels to look for potential candidates, contacting passive candidates, and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs. Sourcing efforts will center around identifying great clinical talent (MDs, NPs and LCSWs) to join our Innovatel Telepsychiatry entity. In this role, you will source and interact with potential candidates online, develop talent pipelines, and set up interviews. You may also be required to update and manage the company’s applicant tracking system.
Additionally, the Clinical Sourcer can expect to complete various HR tasks as needs arise. The split between Talent Acquisition and HR activities is expected to be about 70/30, with the majority of time spent on recruiting and sourcing responsibilities. This position offers exposure to all aspects of a Recruitment and HR generalist role in a growing organization, and is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented early Recruitment/HR-careerist.

Compensation
Targeted compensation range: $50,000 - $65,000 base salary, with an additional annual target bonus potential of 5%. Final salary will be commensurate with candidate experience.
