The Engineering Manager is responsible for the leadership of the Project Engineering team to do system design, integration, testing and commissioning to meet project delivery deadlines. Responsible for building and guiding the project engineering team. Focus on creating an environment that encourages teamwork, cross-functional collaboration, innovation and the successful accomplishment of goals. Ensuring the team understands the vision for the team and the impact their work has and the value they add to our customers and communities.
