Job Responsibilities Responsible for maintaining the grounds including roadways, sidewalks, and parking surfaces so they are safe, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. This is accomplished by performing all aspects of landscape maintenance and installation, pond maintenance, operation, and preventative maintenance on all equipment used to perform job duties.
Learn more about TTC! Minimum and Additional Requirements This position requires formal training or trades experience that is directly related to the area of employment. Preferred candidate will have a high school diploma and two (2) years of directly related work experience, or a 10th-grade education and four (4) years of directly related work experience. Must possess a valid SC drivers' license.
Preferred Qualifications Prefer degree in horticulture or equivalent education/experience. Must have ability to obtain a South Carolina pesticide license. Excellent customer service skills are essential. Candidate must have the ability to perform all aspects of landscape and irrigation maintenance and installation .and operate all large and small equipment used in landscape maintenance.
