Job Description:

This role is responsible for managing the overall planning, execution and delivery of projects including:Defining the project charter, roles, tasks, milestones, budgets, and measures of successDefine project charter, roles, tasks, milestones, budgets, and success measures.Facilitate coordination, ensuring adherence to standards and sponsor expectations.Act as the liaison between the project resources (Functional/Experience, Technical and Finance teams) and key stakeholders in both US and Mexico.Use disciplined project management methodology to execute projects that adhere to guidelines and deliver within cost and schedule.Risk Management:Monitor projects continuously, managing issue resolution.Develop robust risk management plans, especially considering the transition from one tool to another.Ensure business continuity during the transition .Team Management:Use problem-solving and critical thinking to overcome challenges.Communicate effectively with project team members, key stakeholders, and sponsors.Adapt to various cultural and organizational climates across the global team.Manage the work styles and development of project staff.DepartmentalRecommend project portfolio priorities and resolve procedural issues.Assist in long-term planning and implement creative approaches to problem-solving.Work in tandem with HR to ensure smooth transition and employee training for the new Time & Attendance tool (from a project plan follow up perspective)RequirementsBS Degree in Information Technology or similar field.Program management experienceProject Management AccreditationOver 10 years of Project Management experience, ideally in a global manufacturing environment.Sound knowledge on CAPEX / OPEXExperience in Time & Attendance projects, especially transitions from UKG Kronos, (or other systems)
