- Minimum of 1 year experience with Manufacturing IT Systems - Familiarity with Rockwell platform including FTPC, Kepware, FTLinx - Proficient in troubleshooting, for example, PLC: MES communication issues - Knowledge of the OSI model - Proficiency in SQL, Active Directory, PLC Live Data Tags, Log Monitoring, basic scripting, and execution - Basic understanding of containers, Kubernetes Docker or other similar technologies - Experience in resolving simple to moderately complex issues through root cause analysis - Excellent interpersonal skills - Self-starter with outstanding written and verbal communication skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
