The primary responsibility of the Mechanical Supervisor will be to oversee but not limited to, the evaluation, diagnostic and repair of Small Unmanned Aircraft System (sUAS) products and associated accessories within our manufacturing facility.

The Mechanical Supervisor leads and optimizes processes to meet demand, quality requirements and establishes business objectives for the assigned processes. As a leader, you will enable your team to achieve predictable and balanced results, while developing trusted relationships and responding enthusiastically to change.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment in either electronics or electro-mechanical assembly and test or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent is required or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Electrical and mechanical assembly experience.
• Electrical and mechanical repair experience.
• Experience with ISO 9001:2015/AS9100D.
• Experience with hand tools, including crimpers, drills, taps, torque wrenches, power tools and air tools as well as basic test equipment is required.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics is desired.
• Must have basic computer operation skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills to communicate effectively with employees in the Company.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and attention to detail with ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written or oral form.
• US Citizenship is required/Background check required.
