Quantum Roofing is Hiring a Sales Manager Near Asheville, NC
Job description
This is an on location in Asheville position that will be visiting homeowners to assist them with their needs.
Join a recession proof industry! We're busier than ever due to a recent influx of leads and storms in the area.
Quantum Roofing is currently looking to add full-time individuals to our team of Sales Managers to assist in handling the inundation of leads from the Asheville, N.C. region.
We are a growing company with advancement opportunities in the southeast markets. The ideal candidate will have a leadership background that will allow them to quickly grow into a team lead.
Qualifications:
- Must be comfortable interacting face to face with customers on a daily basis.
- Ability and confidence to climb a ladder to a roof is often necessary.
- Please maintain reliable transportation.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- High school education or GED is a minimum requirement.
- You will bring an independent nature, self-discipline, and practiced time management skills.
- Sales experience is preferred.
- Must have a smart phone capable of taking pictures / video during home inspections.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Creating estimates and measuring home exteriors / identifying damages and wear.
- Marketing / lead generation for new prospects.
- Inspecting and documenting homes properly for storm damage.
- Meeting directly with homeowners after inspections to educate them on appropriate next-steps to provide a solution to their roofing situation. This may include a walk-through of any insurance claims process. Whether insurance is involved or not, we ultimately will lead them to sign restoration agreements that solve their problems.

Salary: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
