JOB SUMMARY: Under the direct supervision of the Property Manager, acts as liaison to the manager for a Permanent Supportive Housing development/complex set aside for individuals experiencing chronic homelessness, and performs certain specified tasks. Night Shift.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and interpret documents such as emails, utility billings, financial documents, instructional documents, rental agreements, and procedure manuals.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to perform simple mathematics using American units of money, weights and measurements, volume and distance. Ability to use other similar units of measurement may be helpful but not required.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to add and subtract numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
