Mission:

Quantum is currently seeking a highly qualified individual to provide support as an Operations Analyst/Planner in Crestview, FL.

Responsibilities:

• Perform as an Operations Analyst; advise the Program Manager on matters of analytical, consulting, and assessment processes leading to achievement of the supported customer's assessment objectives.
• Develop solutions to complex tasks; plan, execute, and perform analysis and research to achieve customer's investigative objectives regarding advanced technology development, and Autonomous & Artificial Intelligence (AAI) activities.
• Collect, manage, and analyze test data and apply knowledge of AAI system functions and connectivity methodologies.
• Perform planning and operations tasks especially those involving tactics, techniques, and procedures of military small unit operations.
• Operate effectively in a team environment and demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills; show flexibility and adaptability; and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism.
• Write test and assessment plans and reports supporting analyses requested by customers.
