We are now seeking a dedicated CNC Lathe or Mill Set-Up Specialist experienced with Miyano, Haas, Okuma, and Swiss-style lathes to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Set-up and operate CNC lathes or Mills, including Miyano, Haas, Okuma, and Swiss-style machines
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and settings
• Conduct first-article inspections
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine-related issues
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of CNC lathe set-up experience, with Swiss lathe experience a plus
• Proficiency in Miyano, Haas, Okuma, and Swiss-style lathes
• Strong understanding of G&M codes
• Programming proficiency in CNC software to optimize run times
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
