Engineering Project Manager

We are looking for an Engineering Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network engineering, linux, and managing multiple ongoing engineering projects.
Responsibilities:
· Manage multiple engineering projects simultaneously, ensuring successful completion within scope, and time constraints.
· Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, breaking down complex tasks into achievable milestones.
· Proactively identify and mitigate risks, implementing solutions swiftly and effectively.
· Communicate clearly and concisely with diverse stakeholders, both technical and non-technical, keeping everyone informed and engaged.
· Foster a collaborative and productive environment where team members feel empowered and valued.
· Monitor project progress, to optimize outcomes.
· Report on project status and performance metrics to key stakeholders.
· Identify and implement process improvements to ensure efficient project execution.
Qualifications:
· 5 years of experience as an Engineering Project Manager or similar role.
· B.S. in Engineering or other STEM focus.
· Proven track record of successfully managing multiple complex projects from start to finish.
· Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
· Skilled in time management, prioritization, and organization.
· Proficient in project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello).
· Experience working with technical teams and understanding their unique needs.
· Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government-issued security clearance; therefore, U.S. citizenship is required.
· Bonus points for: technical background in Linux / Routing
