Mission:

Quantum is seekingCybersecurity Compliance Assessment Leadto provide support to the National Cyber Security Operations Center's Compliance Assessment Team. In this role, you will be the main interface with the NCSOC Client Assessment Services Director and the compliance cyber security analyst. You will assist them with questions about NCSOC clients and their artifacts provided, the compliance assessment final reports complied for clients, and the onboarding and continued support of clients. The selected applicant will also engage daily with the CET to assist with updating the Remedy ticket system regarding compliance assessment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the assessment team at the NCSOC to evaluate and conduct compliance assessments for NCSOC clients.
  • Work with Client Engagement Team (CET) to schedule, maintain, and provide findings to the clients.
  • Track and ensure all compliance assessment Remedy Child Tickets are updated with any client related information.
  • Responsible for updating the Client Assessment Services Director regarding compliance assessment related information and other upper management when needed.
  • Work closely to assist the Client Assessment Services Director in any ATO related tasking, vulnerability assessing, contract compliance requirements, and risk assessing needed.
  • Develop and present comprehensive and accurate reports, training, and presentations for both technical and executive audiences.
  • Support and interact with all NCSOC technical teams where needed to assist in tasking related to the contract and NCSOC clients.
  • Work to coordinate informational meetings and final reports to clients and NCSOC management as it pertains to compliance assessments.
  • Other duties as assigned as they relate to the position and department goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline desired, but years of experience and certifications may be accepted in lieu of Degree. Applicable Certifications include any of the following: CISA, GCFA, GCFE, GNFA, CySA , GCIA, GCIH, OSCP, GSEC, Security , A , or Net .
  • Strong technical writing skills are preferred.
  • Experience developing documentation and explaining technical details in a concise, understandable manner.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
  • Selected applicants will be subject to a government security clearance investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active Secret Clearance
  • CompTIA Security
