Starting Salary: $20.00 per hour, Weekly Pay, Paid Time Off, 401(k), and Benefits for Full Time permanent employees!
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2nd Shift 2:30pm to 11pm. Weekend work available.
Position Summary:
The Bindery Cutter will work the Machine Operators to assist in completing assigned projects that can include cutting, stitching, folding, stripping, or other general Bindery tasks. These individuals will work in a fast-paced environment and will be expected to develop and grow by learning operations of all Bindery machines.
Duties/Responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications:
Experience in a bindery setting preferred
Must be able to read English and understand basics of job tickets
Able to work overtime as necessary
Able to work in a fast paced and deadline-oriented environment
Able to function independently as well as part of a team
Excellent communication skill and attention to detail
Good problem resolution skills
Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
Physical Requirements:
Work in a manufacturing or warehouse setting about 95% of the time.
Work in an office setting about 5% of the time.
Sedentary/sitting for about 5% of the time
Walking and standing about 95% of the time
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. on occasion.
