We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to join our growing team!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the Technology & Operations Director on strategic processes and projects.
• Training and supervising new team members and tracking and measuring staff performance.
• Participate in strategic planning and goal-setting for various business functions, including IT and customer support, reporting, service levels, operation efficiency, and implementation of new products.
• Serves as liaison to other team members, including interacting with managers of different areas of the organization, presenting findings to stakeholders and higher management.
• Build and maintain solid partnerships with internal teams to better develop, coordinate, and facilitate strategic objectives and goals of the company.
• Suggest and implement improvements and additional process efficiencies via automation, workflow enhancements and training.
• Analyze all opportunities and recommend ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Become a product expert with company's primary CRMs and backend systems.
• Act as a primary resource for small- and large-scale projects.
• Oversee project work performed by Operations team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2 years of operations experience in the payments processing industry.
• Knowledge of TSYS Rails preferred.
• Ability to demonstrate complete understanding of merchant acquisition flow.
• Technical background in merchant boarding, maintenance, service, etc.
• Hands-on experience implementing operational processes.
• Strong project management, administrative management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task, follow up, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient technical skills

SALARY:

This role includes quarterly profit-sharing bonuses as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, dental, retirement planning, and/or other benefits.

• Base salary range: $65,000 - $77,000
• Salary including quarterly profit-sharing bonus and comprehensive benefits program range (annualized): $85,725 - $100,125
