**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated Floor Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of floors in various facilities. **Duties:** - Perform floor care duties including buffing, waxing, and carpet cleaning - Utilize appropriate equipment and chemicals for floor maintenance - Ensure all areas are clean, sanitized, and presentable - Follow safety protocols and procedures while working - Collaborate with the custodial team to maintain overall cleanliness - Assist with other environmental services tasks as needed **Qualifications:** - Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services preferred - Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Physical ability to lift and move equipment as needed This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your skills will be valued.
