To continue our extraordinary growth, we are hiring a Data Analyst, located in Billerica, MA.
In this critical role this individual will facilitate data management and hygiene, aid scientists subject matter experts (SME) and leadership with development and deployment of new data capture, analysis and reporting systems and dashboards. Success in this role will be dependent on ability to engage with multiple stakeholders, understand the business requirements and turn these requirements into insightful and easy-to-understand visualizations that provide performance insights and key operation metrics to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format
- Interpret data, analyze, and predict results using statistical techniques
- Develop strong understanding of the data and business drivers to make recommendations regarding strategic decisions
- Create and manage dashboards, reports, and scorecards in company BI delivery solution for the broader organization
- Communicate findings and insights to key stakeholders and help these teams to take action based on your recommendations and the assistance of SMEs
- Recommending improvements to existing processes and procedures based on company’s requirements.
- Deliver scalable solutions designed with the user experience in mind; provide general training, Q&A and troubleshooting for audiences
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in statistics, informatics, business analytics, or a closely related field.
- Basic knowledge regarding immunoassays is strongly encouraged.
- Experience using one or more of the following tools: VBA, python, R, SAS, JMP, SPSS, Minitab or other analytical tools to perform data analysis.
- Experience in development and implementation of databases/ data collection systems.
- Proficiency in building reports and dashboards in BI solutions such as PowerBI, Salesforce Einstein analytics, Tableau, Qlik, or Birst
- Familiarity with Microsoft Suite
- Must be a fast learner with high attention to detail and possess a passion for data, data quality & process improvement
- Excellent technical writing and oral communication, organization and record keeping skills are desired.
