This person will Provide organizational effectiveness facilitation support, including but not limited to support in the following areas: strategy development, organization design, group dynamics, organizational psychology, mentoring, leadership development, coaching, onboarding, change management and other related services, the tasks will include:

• Facilitate quarterly SED Leadership Offsite activities, including planning, conducting interviews, preparatory activities, offsite discussion facilitation, logistics, actions tracking and other related activities.
• Facilitate the bi-annual SED Mentoring Program, including planning, recruitment, matching, training, execution and other related activities
• Support educational activities (e.g. classes, discussions and articles) for the SED workforce in order to increase organizational effectiveness, as requested (e.g. organizational change/ transformation management activities).
• Provide executive coaching support for SEO senior leadership, as requested.

Education: Doctorate’s – Organization Psychology or equivalent focus

Experience:

• 15 yrs of related experience
• 5 Highly Desired
• IC experienced Highly Desired

Clearance: TS/SCI w/CI Poly

Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, scanners, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Physical Demands: This is largely a sedentary role mostly sitting; however, some filing maybe required. This would require the ability to move files, or boxes with file data, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary, ability to lift up to 40lbs.

Mental Demands: Reading; communicate effectively (verbal and written); maintain emotional control and professionalism.
