JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly dependable, flexible, trainable, and trustworthy individual with a strong work ethic who appreciates the opportunity to begin a long career.

This position will begin on First Shift but may be transferred, as dictated by business needs, to any shift. Candidates must be comfortable with working any shift.

The successful candidate will cross train in the operation of networked production printers (Xerox) and should have a level of comfort with Information Technology.

Responsibilities and Training Under Direct Supervision Include:

1) Printing agency reports and reviewing print quality

• Use Xerox Production Printers
• Use of BARR Print Spool Software
• Monitor hardware for functionality
• Monitor print quality
• Lift output and supplies weighing in excess of 50 pounds
• Box, band, staple, and deliver output according user requirements
• Drive a full-size delivery van
• Any other duty as required by business needs

2) Perform routine equipment maintenance.

3) Clean work area

• Personal area and common office areas
• Equipment

4) Work with upper level support staff, Prod Specialist I, II, III, Production Coordinators, and Printing Operations Administrators.

• Assist with troubleshooting of hardware, software, processes, and production jobs.
• Learn troubleshooting techniques.
• Assist in cross-training other staff.

5) Work a flexible schedule totaling 40 Hours.

• Interested Candidates must understand they may be assigned to any of our five shifts with little notice.

Skill Sets / Abilities

• High School Education
• Ability to regularly lift and move boxes weighing in excess of fifty pounds.
• Driver’s license and comfortable regarding driving a large van for deliveries.
• Customer service experience.
• Aptitude in computer science.
• Self-motivated and willing to learn.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
