We're currently seeking an IT Asset Management Specialist for the Commonwealth of Kentucky’s Commonwealth Office of Technology.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Commonwealth Office of Technology is looking for personnel to fulfill Asset Management roles in offices across the state. The ideal candidate for this position must maintain a valid driver’s license and be comfortable spending a major portion of their time using a computer. The candidates should also possess strong analytical skills, be an excellent communicator, have strong time-management skills, be detailed oriented and highly organized.

THE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE POSITION ARE:

· Manage all hardware requests.

· Manage Distribution Center Stock levels.

· Audit hardware in techs name.

· Asset Reconciliation

· Work with data and asset management.

· Organize stolen\lost\missing devices.

· Audit computer naming.

· Audit ServiceNow Inactive Users (KHRIS).

· Provide daily reports.

· Manage consumables.

· Manage DC disposals.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
