The Quality Inspector Team Lead based in Columbus, IN, US has the role of overseeing and checking the quality of the finished products to guarantee that they are compliant with customer and quality regulations.Compensation:

$18 - $20 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Tests and inspects work in progress and finished products for conformance to product and customer specifications in accordance with company standards
• Documents all instances of rejected products in accordance with company procedures
• Labels and packages final products in preparation for shipping in accordance with production documentation
• Assists in training Quality Technicians in quality assurance procedures and tasks in accordance with company standards
• Detect and report any deviations from quality standards to management
• Validates build boards in accordance with company and manufacturing standards
• Calibrates equipment in accordance with company standards
• Adheres to established company policies and procedures
• Adheres to ISO requirements related to their area
• Gains additional skills as assigned
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Good Oral Communication Skills
• Good Reading Skills
• Able to use English and metric measuring tape
• 20/20 vision with correction and no red/green color blindness
• Manual dexterity
• Mechanical aptitude

• Proper operation of testing equipment

• Complies with company guidelines and policies

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS:
