•Creating and building wire harness assembly aids
•Building wire harnesses of all complexities
•Using assembly aids such as billboards and blueprints
•Working with a variety of tools and reading instructions
•Conducting tests to ensure the harness works as designed
•Completing repetitive tasks
•Working on a team
Qualifications
•You understand the importance of a sense of urgency
•Precise attention to detail
•The motivation to learn and constantly improve processes
•A basic understanding of hand tools
•You are great at logic and problem-solving
•You are motivated and a self-starter
