Job Description:
We are looking for individuals to join our team in Pataskala, who has experience as
a Landscape Crew Leader. We’re a growing company that was awarded the 2017
Business of the Year by the Pataskala Chamber of Commerce, and provide a
positive, honest, place to work and have fun.
Duties:
- Pruning Trees and Shrubs (training provided to meet ISA Certified Arborist standards)
- General Landscaping
- Edging & Mulching
- Lawn Care/Seeding/Mowing
- Running a skid steer & mini skid steer with all the attachments
- Tree Removal and Stump Grinding
- Running a Tractor
- Experience working in the Green Industry is a must.
Expectations:
- No smoking, drinking, or cussing
- Must Pass drug screen
- We're a Christian business & will reflect it always. We pray weekly in our group meeting to start our day
- If we ever break anything/make any mistakes we will inform the homeowner (we won't hide it)
- We won't cut any corners & we'll do whatever it takes to complete the job properly & clean up better than anyone else
- Integrity & Pride in work are a must
